Individual Counselling (Online and In-person)

I practice at New Roots Therapy in Whitby, ON as a qualifying registered psychotherapy. I provide counselling services to youth and women (ages 13 +) who may be experiencing low self esteem, anxiety, and depression; are struggling in relationships, or want to step into living a life with more confidence, authenticity, and integrity.



Our humanity is shared in that we all experience stress, pain, and conflicts within our relationships. Often times our most challenging relationships are the ones we have with ourselves. In this way, our issues with others can improve when by cultivating compassion from the inside out. Vulnerability in therapy can be incredibly difficult to achieve, but when we do, we come out on the other side empowered and brave. 

My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space built upon trust, respect, self-acceptance, non-judgment, and empathy. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and that my role is to listen and navigate the healing process with you. 

I use a collaborative, holistic, and strengths-based approach that considers both mind and body in working towards reach your therapeutic goals, pulling from emotion-focused (EFT), somatic, and mindfulness-based modalities. I can’t wait to meet you and meet you on your healing journey!
